The steps involved with making a Kiddo Squeezie are simple and pure. First, we start with the freshest, highest-quality vegetables and fruit we can find.  Then we prepare our recipe and fill each package under gentle heat in a clean, certified organic environment.  That’s it.

Most packaged or canned fruits and vegetables are “canned” or “retorted”, which means they are cooked, put into a glass or metal container and cooked again by boiling them to ensure the food is completely sterilized.  The problem with all of this cooking is that you lose a lot of the naturally occurring nutrients and antioxidants in the food. We worked hard to develop a process that avoids this nutrient-draining process!

Please don’t throw away your Kiddo packaging when it’s empty! Kiddo is committed to keeping our packaging out of the trash can. You can recycle the bags and caps (both #2 plastic) in your curbside recycling bin. YES. Also, all our materials are approved and tested for food use and have been sourced responsibly.

There are no preservatives in the Kiddo Squeezie products.  Our FDA certified process of gently heating the vegetables and fruit in a clean, certified organic environment, together with the airtight seal, gives Kiddo Squeezie pouches a 12-month shelf life without the need for any additives. Once opened, of course, the contents of the pouches are to be treated as fresh (just like the fruits and vegetables they are made with!) and should be stored in the fridge and used or frozen within 24 hours.

All of our vegetables and fruit have been grown on an ORGANIC and/or LOCAL farm in the USA, and are of the highest possible quality. 

The only exception to USA–grown is for our acerola fruit, which is a beautiful US Certified, organically grown red berry from Brazil that is loaded with antioxidants and vitamin C.

Yes, all Squeezie flavors, including Super Sweet Potato and Wild Blueberry Apple, are made using 100% vegetables and fruit. 
We have not certified ourselves as a vegan company but we comply with all vegan requirements.

Yes, Kiddo Squeezes are designed specifically to be within the current air travel regulations of 3oz/100ml per individual item. We did this so that you can take Kiddo Squeezies along with you no matter where your family travels, making them a truly convenient snack for your kiddos.
